Intro

The past 1 year made one huge effect on my life since Corona started last March. I had relocated to a new city, a new continent and a new country and the very first thing about moving from a Muslim country to a non Muslim country was that - How Will I Be Fed!

Being a pampered son and a husband, I never had to worry about cooking food back in Pakistan but now living alone at least for the foreseeable future I had to sharpen my knives.

So what I learnt in these 10 months is that the best things in life to cook are simple and I am going to share 3 simple recipes (which by the way are under 20 minutes) that I am sure you will love to make every now and then.

Chnaga Manga forest located 200 Km from Lahore on the eastern side of Pakistan is one of the recent discovery that I made in early January 2019. When I was asked to drive there I was not sure but when we entered the little drops of rain started to pour.
I saw a wonderful serenity that I had never seen.
